WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR AVAILABLE PUPPIES?

HOW DO I RESERVE A PUPPY? WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
You can ask to be placed on a notification list by filling out the information on the contact list (button below). A text message will be sent when we confirm pregnancy and begin taking deposits. Deposits are accepted on a first come, first serve basis and we only take as many deposits as we are expecting puppies.
Once you receive a text, if you would like to reserve a puppy, please respond to the text message and send a $500 deposit through Zelle to our email address arizonadesertdoodles@gmail.com.
By placing your deposit, you are agreeing to our refund policy: The deposit may be rolled over to another litter to ensure you get a puppy you want or a partial refund of $250 will be honored until you choose your puppy at 4 weeks of age. Once you have chosen your puppy, or anytime after 4 weeks of age, the entire deposit becomes non-refundable, no exceptions.
HOW DOES THE SELECTION PROCESS WORK ONCE I”VE PLACED A DEPOSIT?
The number of deposits accepted depends on the expected size of the litter. Selection is done on “Puppy Draft Day” around 4 weeks of life. First deposit will have first choice, second deposit will have second choice and so on. You will sign up for a time allotted to choose your puppy. You’ll have the option to choose in person or remotely via video call. If someone is unable to make their choice within the time allotted, they will forfeit their choice and selection process moves to next person. Buyers will be notified of puppy’s birth via text message in the group chat.

WHEN CAN MY PUPPY COME HOME?
Puppies are released at 8 weeks of age, provided they are fully weened and eating dry puppy food. Depending on your pricing package, scheduled visits with the puppy are available throughout the duration the puppy is in our care.
If you are unable to pickup the puppy on his/her release date, there will be a $30 per day boarding fee to continue working with your puppy until you are able to pick him/her up unless an arrangement has been discussed at time of purchase.
CAN I VISIT MY PUPPY WHILE IN YOUR CARE?
Depending on your pricing package, scheduled visitation is allowed beginning on day 3 of life and continuing throughout the duration the puppy is in our care.
ARE YOUR DOGS GENETICALLY TESTED?
All of our parent dogs are genetically tested and deemed clear of known genetic diseases through Embark.
However, our puppies are NOT genetically tested.
WHAT IF I BUY FROM OUT OF ARIZONA STATE?
Shipping is available for an additional cost depending on location. If interested please ask for more details. Shipping costs will vary.
HOW BIG WILL MY PUPPY BE ONCE FULL GROWN? WHAT WILL MY PUPPY LOOK LIKE? WHAT WILL THE TEMPERAMENT OF MY PUPPY BE ONCE HE REACHES ADULTHOOD?
Based on breed and parent size you may be given an estimate of full grown weight. As with all genetics we cannot always predict size or guarantee size, type and/or color of coat, or temperament of any puppy. We work very hard to breed dogs with amazing temperaments and have chosen specific breeds to work with for this reason.
WHAT CAN I DO IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH MY PUPPY?
Once the buyer takes possession of the puppy the sale is final. There are no refunds and no returns unless there is a health problem documented by your vet that falls under the sales agreement.
We cannot accept puppies back for the health and safety of all our dogs.

Having purchased all of our dogs from out of state, it was a long and daunting process to find a trustworthy breeder. Hearing about so many scams and not being able to see the dog until pick up was such a stressful process. I took all the things I wish breeders had done for me and turned it around to provide better services to my customers. I want all my puppy families to feel at ease, make the process enjoyable for them and remove the stress so they can experience the joy of adopting a pup.

Food and water bowl - ceramic bowls (included in our Ultimate Pricing Package)
Collar and ID tag - Toby and Ace Collar and Harness. Your dog is in a new neighborhood. If he gets lost, an ID tag can improve the chances of your pet being returned to you. Your puppy will also come microchipped with the Preferred and Ultimate Pricing Packages. (use code: ARIZONA)

Poop Bags - need I say more… always clean up after your pet.
Dog Crate - Crate training is a great tool to help with potty training and gives your dog a space to call their own. A 30 “ crate will fit all of our dogs when grown. A Luxury, anti-anxiety dog crate is included in our Ultimate Pricing Package.
Dog Treats - Keep plenty of dog treats on hand to reward good behavior and for bonding with your new puppy. Whimzees puppy chews are always a hit. Any treat that is made specifically for puppies is ok to give.
Portable bed/ playpen - A portable pet playpen works great for a travel crate and a safe spot for your puppy in the first month or two. We like Zampa Dog Playpen size medium on Amazon.
Toys - Provide your new dog with mental and physical exercise with different types of dog toys. For puppies look for sensory/ textured toys. Toys are included in our Ultimate Pricing Package. The Puppy teething toy yellow spider (amazon) is always a popular toy with the pups and big dogs!
Puppy pads - come in handy during the first month or two while your puppy is still potty training
A portable water bottle for dogs - this is great to keep your pup hydrated when going on walks or when old enough to venture to a park. This is included in the Ultimate Pricing Package. We use the MalsiPree Dog Water Bottle 19 oz (amazon).
Training Tools- check out different training resources/techniques and choose one that suits you well. Puppy socialization and training classes are highly recommended. Training manual included in Preferred and Ultimate Pricing Package. For local trainers we recommend Robs Dogs (www.robsdogs.com) and Dynamic Dog Training AZ (www.dynamicdogtrainingaz.com).
Grooming Products - dog shampoo and conditioner, brush, nail trimmers to start. Poodle mixes require a little more maintenance to keep their coat soft and fluffy. We love Oneisall hair vacuum and grooming kit (Amazon), slicker brush, and all Warren London grooming products shampoo and conditioner. It is important to brush your dog daily to prevent matting. Stain and order remover - you’ll need this to help clean up pet messes while potty training your puppy. We love Unchained Urine Stain and Odor Remover and Folex instant carpet spot remover (Amazon)
