By placing your deposit, you are agreeing to our refund policy: The full deposit may be rolled over to another litter to ensure you get a puppy you want or a partial refund of $250 will be honored until you choose your puppy at 4 weeks of age. Once you have chosen your puppy, or anytime after 4 weeks of age, the entire deposit becomes non-refundable, no exceptions.
